Frome RFC has been chosen as one of only 200 clubs in the country to select four members to represent the RFU as Young Rugby Ambassadors for the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Aged between 16 and 20, and drawn from rugby clubs across England, the ambassadors will be part of a programme that aims to excite and engage young people in the build-up to and legacy from the World Cup.
The Frome quartet will work within their club and communities to pass on the latest news and help bring players in the 16-24 age group back to the game.
"This programme will showcase the talents and potential of young people to club administrators, committees and local communities, to engage more young volunteers in the management of rugby clubs.
"These young people represent the best of their generation and they will undoubtedly have a lasting impact on the development of the game."
